[Windows] 求助！！usb无法识别 该如何解决！！

怎么办 自从我从电脑拉戏去ipad看的时候 我没关闭那个什么设备，结果晚上我回家用电脑的时候 完全不能用usb的滑鼠，usb移动设备 什么有关usb的东西统统给我说unknown device！！
在网上找人求助的方式全用完了 移除 root hub 不行 删除什么control的8201的uppber 还是lowffer 都不行 求高手帮忙！！跪求了

ps：我的滑鼠有灯 usb移动设备有光 什么都有 就是不能够安装 老说有问题
那个什么你的电脑有问题 code：43是什么啊 T_T

关掉那个打钩选项也没用 唉 高手救命啊~~

usb无法识别是提示缺少神马文件还是多了什么

这个好像是驱动的问题，估计你是没有退出，直接拔掉的设备吧
重新启动试试没有？
还有在管理-设备管理器里面，总线控制器里面有没有警示？
另外你的鼠标什么的在其他机器上能用吗？

之前我也遇到同样的问题，在微软官网上找了update,装了之后按照官网指示改设置，重启就正常了

试过以上所有方法没用
今天就去微软下载了 微软也救不了我
说只找到问题在哪里 我郁闷 基本原因没解决啊

有感叹号 我删除了  结果一下子她又自动给我安装了 还是失败 关掉所有的root hub了 还是不行 刷新了 还是自己自动安装 而且还是在没有插usb滑鼠的前提呢 我发我微软检查的资料给你们看 我真的搞不懂了= =唉
